Have you ordered something from us, but are you still not completely satisfied? We are happy to solve that for you.

You have the right to return the items within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Only unused and undamaged items that still contain the hangtags and labels are eligible for a refund.

How to return your items.

Step 1:

Go to www.mended.eu

Step 2:

Go to 'login'.

Are you on a laptop/desktop? It is in the right top corner.

Are you on a mobile phone? Go to menu and click 'account' on the bottom of the menu.

Step 3:

Fill in the email address that you have placed your order with.

Step 4:

You receive a one-time use unique code in your email inbox that you can use to login.

Step 5:

Go to the item you want to return and press 'request return'.

Step 6:

Choose the reason of returning your item and press 'request return'.

Step 8:

We will assess your return and update you by email regarding the status. We will refund you as soon possible. This process usually takes a maximum of 4 days.
